About the Yoga Retreat

I invite you to gift yourself a day of presence, softness, and self-care during Mental Health Awareness Month this June — a day to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with intention.

We will begin our morning gathered in a welcome circle, creating a space of connection and shared intention. Together, we will settle into a short guided meditation, grounding ourselves and arriving fully in the present moment.

From there, we will flow into a gentle yoga practice — awakening the body through soft, mindful movements and reconnecting to the natural rhythm of the breath.

Afterward, we’ll nourish ourselves with a lovingly prepared lunch, shared in a peaceful and supportive atmosphere.

The afternoon offers space for quiet integration — time to rest, journal, or simply be, allowing the morning’s practice to gently settle.

Later, you are invited into a deeply grounding Yin Yoga session, where we will soften into long-held, restorative poses in stillness, supported by calm and ease.

We will then transition into an extended savasana, accompanied by a soothing 30-minute soundbath — an immersive experience of healing vibrations and deep rest.

After the soundbath, we’ll enjoy a short break with light snacks and tea, offering you a gentle moment to refresh and nourish yourself.

We will complete the day in a closing circle, holding space for reflection, gratitude, and gentle sharing, before returning to the rhythm of everyday life.

This retreat is an invitation to honor yourself — to listen inward, and to care deeply for your body, mind, and spirit.

✨ Please note: The retreat will take place either in Luxembourgish or English, depending on registrations (confirmed no later than two weeks before). If even one participant prefers English, the entire retreat will be held in English.

This retreat will be led by me with much love and care, so you can feel completely at ease and deepen your yoga practice in a safe and supportive space. Here, you are free to unfold, dive into stillness, and recharge with new energy. In our intimate circle, I can offer individual guidance and accompany you gently on your journey.

For this retreat, I have created special flows that bring body and mind into harmony: gentle, grounding movements that flow through you with mindfulness, soothing candlelight yoga to release, and a meditative evening flow that gently activates and leads you into calm. Every moment is an invitation to dive deeper into yourself, leave everyday life behind, and fully embrace the here and now.

  • 10:15 AM - Welcome Circle (15 min)
    A brief introduction and intention setting to start the day.

  • 10:30 AM - Gentle Morning Flow with Pranayama (75 min)
    A calming flow that incorporates pranayama (breathing techniques) to awaken the body and mind.

  • 12:00 PM - Lunch Break (until 2:00 PM)
    Lunch & Time to relax, reflect, or enjoy some quiet moments.

  • 2:00 PM - A Softening Yin Yoga & Sound Bath (100 min)
    A deeply restorative Yin Yoga session followed by a soothing sound bath during Savasana - relax into stillness, supported by heling vibrations.

  • 3:45 PM - Break with Snack (30 min)
    Time to rest, have a light snack, journal, or simply be.

  • 4:15 PM - Closing Circle (15 min)
    A time for reflection, gratitude, and a gentle return to slowly everyday life.

Please note that the energy exchange applies per person. Your invoice will be sent to you by email within 1–3 days after booking.

The detailed yoga program for the retreat will be sent to you 1–2 weeks before the event, giving you enough time to prepare and get excited!

*If you cancel up to two weeks before the yoga retreat, you will receive a full refund. After that, no refunds will be possible.
